Announcer Bob Griese will have to sit out one game following ESPN suspending him for a comment he made during the Minnesota-Ohio St. game this weekend.
Griese made a comment about Juan Pablo Montoya after his name did not appear in a graphic promoting the NASCAR race at Martinsville. Griese said, "he was out having a taco."
Griese apologized twice, but that wasn't good enough for the sports network that is having all sorts of problems with employees recently.
I don't think Griese can expect any upcoming endorsement deals from Taco Bell or El Pollo Loco.
