Metro Atlanta is under a flood watch until Monday evening. Some areas a predicted to get as much a 4 inches of rain. With many of the creeks and streams full from the massive downpours of a couple weeks ago, any significant rain could cause flooding and hazardous travel.
A low pressure system moving into the area carrying Gulf moisture will bring a 100% chance of rain Sunday evening. In addition, thunderstorms are in the forecast for North Georgia for Tuesday and Wednesday.
