A woman who found out she was losing her job is charged with running over her boss and a co-worker in Florida.
Authorities say 28-year-old Najma Asgharalam of Brunswick, Ga., was charged Thursday with aggravated battery, grand theft and criminal mischief shortly after the 3 p.m. incident outside Arlington Expressway mall in Jacksonville, Fla.
Authorities say Asgharalam became upset after her employer, 45-year-old Shair Muhammad, told the woman he was shutting down Gold Super Jewelry. He said she got in her car and hit 34-year-old Rajeria Brock before backing up and driving into Muhammad.
Not a good day for any of the parties involved.
Both of the men hit by the car suffered minor injuries.
