How Vera Zvonareva Can Beat Serena Williams

Not many people are giving Russian Vera Zvonareva has a fighting chance in the Wimbledon Ladies Final against Serena Williams. 

Even though Zvonareva has a 1-5 career mark against Serena, she is playing well enough to push Serena.  What Zvonareva must do is keep Serena on the move.

As demonstrated in this video, Zvonareva (in the far court) must use her deep ground strokes and move Serena from side to side.  She can't let Serena set up her big forehand. 

Vera will also have to hope Serena is off on her serve a little.  Serena has been serving HUGE!  If she keeps that going, it's going to be tough for Zvonareva.

Zvonareva has beautiful stokes and if she has time to prepare and Serena isn't blowing her off the grass court, she could hang around.

Unfortunately Zvonareva tried to out hit Serena and that's not going to work on grass.  Not the right game plan.
