TD Passes Galore in the NFL

The 65 touchdown passes thrown in Week 2 (tied NFL record) as well as Patrick Mahomes's torrid start (on pace for 80 touchdowns) prompted BetDSI Sportsbook to put up props on the pass-happy league the NFL has become.

Total touchdown passes in Week 3 of 2018 reg. season

Over 60.5 (+110)
Under 60.5 (-140)

Total touchdown passes by Patrick Mahomes during 2018 reg. season

Over 35.5 (-115)
Under 35.5 (-115)

Will Patrick Mahomes break single-season TD passes record of 55?

Yes +340
No -535

There are four totals in the 50s for Week 3 at BetDSI. Since 2003, only 8 percent of games have featured a total of 50 or higher. Through two weeks this season, the average is in line with that (9 percent), however, for Week 3, 25 percent of games have a total of 50 or higher.

Saints at Falcons (53)
49ers at Chiefs (56.5)
Patriots at Lions (52.5)
Steelers at Bucs (54)

Since 2003, there have only been 22 games with a total of 56.5 or higher. Totals of 57.5 or higher are a perfect 9-0 towards the over.
