Just saw Phil Lamarr's newsbite on The World's Worst Neighbor. I think I've been suffering from the
World's Worst Neighbor. I won a settlement in Superior Court against this person after about 9 years of
pure hell. This guy loves to taunt older women(he says he knows where you live and he can come get
you at night...say that to an 88 year old woman!), threaten to kill their pets, do damage and/or mischievous
and potentially seriously dangerous things to various homes and to property and the L.A. Police Dept.
couldn't seem to find a way to stop this guy, even after he got drunk and "accidentally" set fire to the
hillside of the Pacific Coast Highway in the Pacific Palisades area. It's been an amazing ride, I can tell you.
