Some Cities Hungrier Than Others for 'Hunger Games'

Is your city "Hungry" for Hunger Games?

Amazon.com, Inc.  today announced the Top 20 cities in the U.S. that have purchased the most copies of Suzanne Collins' epic Hunger Games trilogy. Amazon also revealed that Collins is the best-selling Kindle author of all time.

After compiling sales data of all versions of the Hunger Games books, in both print and Kindle formats, on a per capita basis in cities with over 100,000 residents, the Top 20 cities with Hunger Games hysteria are:
