EarthCam and a Time Lapse of the Construction of SunTrust Park

The Atlanta Braves documented the entire construction process of their new ballpark from February 2015 to April 2017 and shared progress with this time-lapse movie. Utilizing EarthCam’s live streaming video and billion pixel panorama time-lapse webcam, see each stage of the project with extremely detailed imagery.

Designed by Populous, managed by JLL and built by American Builders (Brasfield & Gorrie, Mortenson, Barton Malow, New South), SunTrust Park is the new multi-purpose home stadium of the Atlanta Braves. The Braves organization chose EarthCam, the global leader in webcam technology and stadium construction documentation, to capture progress from foundation to opening day. 26 months of construction are showcased in just 90 seconds with the hand-edited time-lapse movie.
