More Problems with W Hotel Windows

Four people were hurt when glass fell from the 24th floor of a hotel in Austin, Tex., last Friday.

Officials said two panes of glass fell from the 24th floor of the W Hotel in Austin, crashing to the hotel's pool deck below. They said the injuries were not serious.

The accident occurs just after last month's incident at the Midtown Atlanta W Hotel, where one woman was killed and another seriously injured when they fell from a 10th floor room after the window gave way.

Lawsuits have been filed in the Atlanta W Hotel case.
