Woman Gives Birth in Airport Restroom

Talk about an on time arrival.

A woman gave birth in a restroom at Baltimore's airport after arriving on a flight, an airport spokesman said on Monday.

The woman gave birth to a boy on Sunday afternoon at Concourse D of Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport, the spokesman said.

Police and emergency medical personnel were called to the restroom and a Maryland Transportation Authority police officer assisted at the birth, he said.

The woman and the baby were transported to the Baltimore-Washington Medical Center and are in good condition, a hospital spokesman said.

Kid's Field Trip Includes Stop at Hooters

When I was in elementary school we had to carry a bag lunch when we had a end of the school year field trip.

Last week students from Berwick Middle School in Pennsylvania took a trip to the National Aquarium in Baltimore and got an education of another sort when it came to eating lunch.. The group of 100 split into smaller groups for lunch, and about 15 to 20 kids dined at Hooters. No parents have complained, but the school's superintendant says he wishes the "coed" chaperones had selected another restaurant.
