Kindle Free Pick of the Week: Donald Trump 50 Life and Business Lessons

He's running for President, but this book by George Ilian takes us through some words of wisdom from "The Donald."

It offers an introduction to Donald Trump, his business success, and the lessons that we can learn from him. It is not a text book nor a full lenght biography, but more of a cheat sheet for reading on the bus or in the bathroom, so that you can pick out the most significant points without having to carry around a bag of weighty tomes. You can read it all in one sitting, or look up specific case studies as and when you are looking for inspiration or direction.

Donald Trump Announces New 'Apprentice' Cast

A new season of "The Apprentice" begins February 12, and it's sure to be an interesting season.

18 celebs in total will be trying to win the title.

Here they are:

The men: late-night legend Arsenio Hall, pop star Clay Aiken, radio host Adam Carolla, the "Incredible Hulk" Lou Ferrigno, magician/comedian Penn Jillette, rock star Dee Snider, actor George Takei, IndyCar legend Michael Andretti, and American Chopper star Paul Teutul, Sr.

The women: supermodel Cheryl Tiegs, pop star Debbie Gibson, actress and Grammy winner Tia Carrere, author and reality star Victoria Gotti, comedian Lisa Lampanelli, former Miss Universe Dayana Mendoza, singer Aubrey O'Day, actress/model Patricia Velásquez, and star of Real Housewives of New Jersey Teresa Giudice.

My early favorites: Dee Snider of Twisted Sister fame on the men's side and Tia Carrere on the women's.

'Celebrity Apprentice' Finale Tonight

It's a fight to the finish tonight on the season finale of Celebrity Apprentice.

Country singer John Rich and Oscar winner Marlee Matlin successfully completed tasks, survived boardroom firings and dealt with unpredictable team members to become the finalists to face Donald Trump in the last boardroom. They’re also each other’s biggest fans.

“Let’s start with how smart Marlee is,” Rich said during a conference call with reporters. “She’s wickedly smart, she has a great sense of humor and she’s very charming.

Matlin discovered early in the season that Rich was not to be underestimated.

“There was an instant and immediate sense of respect,” the deaf actress said through an interpreter. “It was about eye contact. I’m good at reading people’s faces, and the moment I saw his face I knew he was a formidable competitor.”

In seasons past, viewers had such contestants as the venomous, yet ultimately successful Piers Morgan to root against. In this finale, there is no such villain. Even when the two finalists admitted to being frustrated with some of their fellow celebrity players, it always ended with a kiss.

Last week, in a great setup episode, the candidates were handed a task that actually sounds both fun and funky: design a campaign, complete with TV ad and packaging, for the return of 7Up Classic, the original Uncola, made with real, genuine, old-style sugar, and not that fake syrup drinks use nowadays.

Both potential apprentices have great ideas for their campaigns, we'll see which one can deliver what the 7Up executives and of course Donal Trump want.

Someone will be fired and someone will be the new Celebrity Apprentice.
