Man Wins Lottery Twice in Three Months

This guy is lucky.

A man from Indiana won two, $1 million dolar prizes in the span of three months.

Robert Hamilton won his first $1 million in April while traveling to a conference.

His second win came from a scratch-off ticket he bought last week at a convenience store in Indianapolis, The Associated Press reported.

Hamilton used his first winnings to pay off debt, buy a home and invest in his business.

He plans to use some of his second jackpot to buy a motorcycle.

Not too shabby.

College Basketball Play of the Day for 3/23/12

In this day of Sweet 16 matchups, it has to be Kentucky

Kentucky heads into this game with Indiana, not only looking to avenge a loss to the Hoosiers earlier in the season, but to continue proving they are the best college team in America.

I'm seeing Kentucky favored by 9, but look for the Wildcats to eclipse that in the first half.

Here are two noteworthy trends:

Kentuck is 9-4 ATS in their last 13 NCAA Tournament games as a favorite, while Indiana is 5-13-1 ATS in their last 19 neutral site games.

Go with Kentucky for a big win tonight.

College Basketball Play of the Day for 3/17/12

VCU

It's St. Patrick's Day today, so maybe a little luck coming my way.

I love VCU getting 6 points from Indiana today.  VCU has been impressive the last few weeks and theHoosiers are going to have to give it their all to keep up with the speed of VCU.

  • The Rams are 5-0 ATS in their last 5 games vs. a team with a winning % above .600

College Football Play of the Day for 10/29/11: Indiana

I must be nuts taking the Hoosiers, but with the streak I'm in, maybe a crappy team can pull me out of the crapper.

Indiana (1-7) plays host to a disappointing Northwestern team (2-7).  Both teams are on a 5-game losing streak.  I'm not going to look at any trends or ATS numbers for this one.

What I'm looking at is Indiana getting 9 points at home.  These teams have played close games for the last 8 years and this is a good play based on that.  9 points at home, I like it.

Take the Hoosiers and the points.
