Funnel Cloud Touches Down in San Francisco

A rarity, a funnel cloud touches down in San Francisco.  Well, technically it was on the water near Ocean Beach in San Fran. This was shot in the morning on 3/18/11.

Not too many tornado sightings in the Bay Area.
