From being an above average college player at Iowa State to playing in Europe and then for the Atlanta Hawks, Chicago Bulls and Phoenix Suns.

Paul is also a writer and a fan of music.

He also was briefly a television producer...

This is a fun interview and Paul has opinions and great stories to tell.

"The Tech of Sports" Episode 12: Iowa State All-American Point Guard Lyndsey Fennelly

This week on "The Tech of Sports" we are joined by basketball skill trainer Lyndsey Fennelly.

Lyndsey was an All-American point guard at Iowa State from 2003-07 and was drafted by the Indiana Fever of the WNBA.

Lyndsey lives in Ames, Iowa and is a basketball skill trainer for both young males and females.  Her love of, and passion for basketball is infectious. 

We talk about drills kids can do to improve their skills, injuries in women's basketball, social media in sports and what her favorite dessert is at Hickory Park.

More and more fans are listening to sports on the internet and it's not just sports like Baseball, Football and Basketball.  Colleges are starting to stream some of their non-revenue sports on the internet.

This gives fans a way to follow their favorite teams even when they are on the road.

Mike Smith, the internet voice of LSU Gymnastics joins me this week and he's a wealth of information.
