The person driving the black ford flamingo tow truck in Tehachapi, Ca, license number 026m220 michigan plates on 6/17/2017, sped past me from a merge lane, cutting me off into oncoming traffic and he woukd not yield to ne honking my horn several times as he hits the freeway sticking his finger out the window. What an asshole...
