Kindle Pick of the Week: The 3D Body Revolution by Donald Driver

Donal Driver is fit.

The record-setting wide receiver for the Green Bay Packers, Donald Driver, may have retired in 2012, but he's still in playing shape. Since then, has won Dancing with the Stars (2012) and written a bestselling memoir, Driven. At on time, he took a break from his intense workouts after retiring–and found himself sluggish and unhappy.

He took it upon himself to get back into the best shape of his life–and along the way has become THE go-to guy for training other pro athletes as well as regular people just looking for a great workout at his Dallas gym Driven Elite Fitness and Health Center. With his trademark motivational energy and charisma, he now he shares his 3D’s: the determination to eat for weight loss; the discipline to achieve high-intensity, muscle-building workouts; and the drive to push yourself to your best. Whatever your starting level, this workout blueprint will guide you to peak performance, with targeted nutritional and motivational advice for each of its 3 levels. Filled with insights and insider stories from his life on and off the field, Driver also offers a clean eating plan with 25 recipes targeted to caloric needs as well as 50 photos of him demonstrating the exercises. This is your path to peak performance and phenomenal fitness.

This book is thorough and packed with nuggest. It's more than a motivation book, just as Driver is more than just a football player. I received an early review copy, and this is a book to pre-order.

It's out Sept 19.

"I want you to get in the best shape of your life and I’m here to help," says Driver.

The book is loaded with pictures and anecodotes from Driver about his playing days and life after football.

It's a great read and resource to keep with you on your mobile device.

No. 4 gives his seal of approval:

“My friend Donald’s life is one of commitment: Commitment to family, faith, health, and well-being. And this book is evidence of that commitment, offering a path anyone can follow to better health and fitness.” – Brett Favre, Packers quarterback, 1992-2007
