Mutua Madrid Open - Wednesday Matches to Watch

Most of the top players in the world hit the blue clay on Wednesday.

Here's what to keep an eye on:

Men

Nikolay Davydenko vs. Rafael Nadal - Rafael Nadal makes his debut on the blue clay.

Roger Federer vs. Milos Raonic

John Isner vs. Marin Cilic - A lot is now expected of Isner on clay.

Ryan Harrison vs. Jo-Wilfried Tsonga - Harrison is due for a big win.

 

Women

Agnieszka Radwanska vs. Sara Errani - Errani has won 3 clay court events in 2012.  She's legit.

Victoria Azarenka vs. Ana Ivanovic

Angelique Kerber vs. Na Li

Mutua Madrid Open - Monday Matches to Watch

The women are through the first round and the men are ramping up play on Monday as everyone gets a taste of the blue clay in Madrid.

Here are the matches to keep an eye on:

Women:

Elena Vesnina vs. Serena Williams - Serena gets her first taste the blue clay.

Jelena Jankovic vs. Carla Suarez Navarro

Chanelle Scheepers vs. Sara Errani

Angelique Kerber vs. Venus Williams - Should be very close.  Would be a huge win for Venus.

2012 Green Bay Packers Schedule Released

And it really begins with a bang.

The 49ers, the Bears, at Seattle, then the Saints?

It's gets a little more manageable after that, but there is a 3-game road trip thrown in.

There is no way this is the 2nd easiest schedule in the NFL.

Who knows what will happen, but I'll say 11-5.

2012 Packers Preseason Schedule Released

The 2012 preseason schedule has been released, and it will take the team around the country.

Green Bay's exhibition opener will be Aug. 9 at San Diego. The Packers will host Cleveland in the Midwest Shrine Game in Week 2, play at Cincinnati in Week 3, and close out the preseason, at home with Kansas City. The dates and times for the final three games are to be determined.
