The Weather Channel Finds Success With Apps and Social Media

I was fortunate enough to attend the Social TV Event here in Atlanta last week.  There, I met The Weather Channel's VP of Branding, Derek Van Nostran.

Derek was one of the participants in the conference, but he took some time out to talk to me about some things that are going on at The Weather Channel including their Twitter platform called The Weather Channel Social.
