Candy Corn Pizza at Chuck E. Cheese

No trick. Just treat. Chuck E. Cheese's annual "Chucktober" celebration is bringing the Halloween spirit to life with a new menu item that is sure to delight both pizza and candy lovers everywhere. Beginning Oct. 16 for a limited time only, Chuck E. Cheese's is offering an exclusive Candy Corn Pizza in which each slice features two colors and varieties of cheese that mimic the look of the popular Halloween candy.

The white pizza starts with Chuck E. Cheese's traditional crust which is topped with garlic mozzarella cheese in the center of the pizza and a ring of sharp cheddar cheese around the outside of the pizza to create a multi-colored tapered appearance -- just like the candy. The Candy Corn Pizza will be served in Chuck E. Cheese's restaurants nationwide from Oct. 16 to Oct. 31 along with two individual servings of candy corn for the perfect mix of sweet and savory. On Halloween, Chuck E. Cheese's will be giving away free slices of Candy Corn Pizza on the hour, every hour from 4 to 8 p.m., while supplies last.

What's a Halloween Party without friends? Back by popular demand for the third year in a row, Chuck E. Cheese's cheesiest pizza ever, the Mac-Cheesy will join Candy Corn Pizza on the restaurants' menu this October. The fan favorite features a creamy cheese sauce mixed with elbow macaroni – all smothered in melted, bubbly Colby cheese and 100 percent whole milk mozzarella cheese – on traditional or thin & crispy crust. The Mac-Cheesy Pizza will be available at Chuck E. Cheese's locations nationwide on Oct. 2 through the end of the year.

"Like many of our new menu items, the Candy Corn and Mac-Cheesy Pizzas aren't just kid-friendly, they're pizzas the whole family will love," said Chef Gregory Casale, senior director of culinary innovation for CEC Entertainment, Inc. "Halloween is all about creativity so I enjoy embracing my imagination to develop new menu items as well."

The month-long "Chucktober" celebration doesn't end there. Chuck E. Cheese's invites all costumed kids to visit a location near them during the month of October to receive 50 free tickets.

"We're thrilled to reward kids at one of their favorite times of the year. Chucktober offers our guests a safe and family-friendly way to enhance their Halloween experience," said Michael Hartman, chief marketing officer of CEC Entertainment, Inc. "We love celebrating food and fun at Chuck E. Cheese's and Halloween is just too much fun to limit it to one day."
