Rick and Katie talk Rally Health, her career and the digital space.

Have a listen:

Katie Couric and Maria Menounos joined Brenda Yang, COO, Rally Health, Inc. on a panel at the CES Digital Health Summit to discuss the increasing need for digital solutions that help people better navigate through their health care journeys.

Couric and Menounos, who is a Rally Health Ambassador, shared personal stories about challenges they have faced when navigating the health care system. Couric observed, “Everywhere you look, technology is helping you find the things you want and need. It’s no surprise that it has health care in its sights.”

“Digital navigation in health care is all about getting people to where they need to be in a complex system. It’s like GPS for health care. Historically, some of this was accomplished over the phone, but increasingly, consumers expect to engage with the health care system on the web or through their mobile devices, and this is something our Rally® platform enables,” said Yang.

The interactive Rally Experience at CES was open through Friday, Jan 10, showcasing Rally solutions, which help people assess their health, pursue wellness, manage their health benefits, and when care is needed, Rally helps them navigate and engage more effectively with the health care system. People stopping by the booth can play a fun trivia game that tests their health care knowledge, and they can step into a relaxation pod for a few minutes respite from all the activity at CES.
