Tech Accessory Holiday Gift Idea Day 22: Comfy Cushion iPad Pillow

If you are looking for a comfortable and functional ipad pillow stand ,your search is over!

Comfy Cushion iPad pillow stands are practical , functional and holds your tablet securely in both landscape and portrait modes.

The velcro is tightly sewn on and works great because it lets you adjust your tablet to YOUR comfort and holds it sturdy on any surface.

The pillow stand consist of two parts: the PILLOW stand and the slip-on cover. The cover is quick to slip on and easily attaches to the pillow and secures your iPad.

Unlike most other bulky, heavy tablet stands made of wood, metal, or plastic, Comfy Cushion Pillow Stands are completely different. These stands really are just a pillow.

Also, Pillow Stands are small and compact, weighing in at a mere few ounces! Not only does this make them ideal to use around the house; but they are also the ideal companions to your tablet when traveling, so take them with you.

The Comfy Creations iPad Pillow Stand is a very unique and simple design. You won't find one anywhere else.

If you own an off brand tablet that is an odd size, let the creator of these iPad Pillows, Brend know.

I love this.

The Nerd Herder gadget wallet…
The perfect all-in-one solution for digital cameras, iPhones, Androids, Blackberry, iPods and cell phones on the go! Little pockets round up your earbuds, SD cards, USB devices, jump drives, guitar picks and lip balm.

It really does store everything.  It looks like an everyday wallet until you open it up and start exploring.

It's well made and nice looking.  It doesn't look too geeky.

Tech Accessory Holiday Gift Idea Day 6: iPad Wood Cover - Brazilian Cherry

If you have an iPad 1 like me and are looking for a special cover for your tablet, this may be the one for you.  Jealous of iPad 2 owners that have that neat cover that flips back on magnets and folds up into a nice stand.

You're in luck with this wood cover available on Etsy.

This is a 2-piece package:
1) A "snap-on" back panel covered in leather with magnets embedded in the outer edge allowing attachment of the magnetic hinge of the cover.
2) A magnetic cover of renewable, sustainable wood from Brazil backed with leather.

This cover folds into a stand for landscape viewing and also positions the iPad at an inclination for easier typing and glare elimination, just like our cover for the iPad 2. Unlike some other covers I have seen, this cover folds inward so that the leather next to the screen is on the inside, which keeps the leather from picking up dirt from your desktop and transferring potentially damaging debris to your screen.

This cover will not awaken the iPad 1 from sleep mode as Apple did not embed a magnetic switch in the frame. There are no magnets anywhere in the iPad 1 frame, this cover attaches to the embedded magnets on the left side of the back cover affording iPad 2 benefits to the iPad 1.

The wood is finished with natural oil and is hand buffed using a 3-step process. Pictures do not do justice to the beauty of the wood. As always, your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Your first-generation iPad will be protected on all sides with this great looking cover.

Available from DFauberWoodsmith on Etsy for $99.00

iPad Stands With a Speaker Part 2

With all the Green Bay Packer and Super Bowl excitement, I neglected to get part 2 of my iPad stand review out for GZ Tablet Stand's new and improved iPad stand.

As you can see, their new iPad stand has the speaker placed in the rear of the stand and it is actually anchored by a small magnet.

The original stand had the speaker in from of the iPad screen, making it difficult to reach over and touch the iPad's screen.

Notice the speaker placed behind where the iPad will sit on the stand.

The iPad rests nicely in its slot and the same great sound coming out of the Altec speaker can be heard anywhere in the room.

Get this handy and attractive stand from GZ Tablet Stands.

There were available on Ebay, but now they are on Etsy at
