Hyundai Shopper Assurance has transformed the car buying process, providing customers with a frictionless, efficient and transparent experience. Roughly one year after the program was rolled out to Hyundai dealers nationwide, and after receiving positive feedback from customers and dealers, Hyundai is starting national advertising for the program.
Hyundai's 60-second first-quarter Super Bowl ad will star Jason Bateman and show how much better car buying can be with Shopper Assurance. Jason Bateman, the award-winning actor, director and producer, will bring his comedic savvy to the ad in a way only he can.
Shopper Assurance consists of four elements that make the process of purchasing a car easier, faster and worry-free. Since the start of its national availability in February 2018, 632 of Hyundai's dealers now offer the voluntary program, representing more than 77 percent of Hyundai's sales volume. Customers who have purchased a Hyundai vehicle through the program have responded very favorably.:

4. HyperX Brings Videogaming to the Super Bowl
The HyperX truck is onsite
HyperX, the gaming division of Kingston Technology Company, Inc. and brand leader in gaming and esports, today announced that the HyperX Esports Truck – North America’s first mobile competitive gaming arena – will host four days of free football gaming competition at the Super Tailgate Party located just one block from Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The HyperX Esports Truck is owned and operated by Allied Esports, a global esports entertainment company. Proceeds from the sale of food and beverages will support the NFL Retired Players Association.
Bigger than four full-sized food trucks, the two-level HyperX Esports Truck will bring a unique esports experience to Atlanta. The state-of-the-art, 18-wheel, 35-ton semi-trailer unfolds with a push of a button revealing a self-contained mobile esports arena.
.
Fans are invited to join the free gaming experience to compete against other football fans and local gamers on HyperX’s pro gaming stage. Attendees will have the chance to test their gaming skills using the latest HyperX gaming gear as they battle fellow gamers for the chance to win HyperX award-winning gaming gear including gaming headsets, keyboards, mice, and mousepads. Raffles are planned during competition hours. All attendees are encouraged to share photos using #HyperXTailgate online for a chance to win HyperX gaming accessories and prizes.

5. Breaking Data Usage Records in Atlanta
The newest, most state-of-the-art NFL stadium is ready to host the matchup on Super Bowl Sunday, and the expectation is that fans will once again break data usage records.
Every year the data usage numbers go up, and the same is expected at Super Bowl 53. Last year's Super Bowl 52 game between the Patriots and the Philadelphia Eagles was the fifth year in a row that data usage broke records. Fans consumed 16.31 terabytes of data over Wi-Fi that year, and cell usage increased, too. There were 18.8 TB of data going over the Verizon network inside the stadium on game day last year, and AT&T reported 7.2 TB of data going over its network inside the stadium. Sprint combined numbers from both inside and immediately around the stadium, for a total of 9.7 TB on its networks during Super Bowl 52.

6. Comcast/Xfinity Offering Free Wi-Fi at Spots Downtown
Comcast is offering free public Wi-Fi during the week of January 27 at eight MARTA transit stations, parts of the downtown Atlanta entertainment district - which includes Centennial Olympic Park - and at State Farm Arena, SunTrust Park and The Battery Atlanta. 5.  HelloTech

www.hellotech.com

HelloTech -- a leading on-demand, in-home technology support startup -- specializes in TV mounting and installation, and has compiled tips to avoid the “Top 5 Most Common TV Mounting Fails” just in time for next week’s game. These tips are foolproof in guiding your readers in optimizing their TV viewing parties while also helping them reduce stress when preparing their surround sound, streaming and more.

FAIL #1: Choosing the Wrong Mount
Before anything else, you need to choose the TV mount right for you. Most important of all, double check the load-bearing capacity of the mount. One that supports 33 pounds is only good for small 15-inch TVs, not for your 55-inch smart TV. HelloTech urges you to choose wisely because watching your expensive television falling and shattering right in the middle of your Super Bowl party would be rather embarrassing (not to mention gut-wrenching).

FAIL #2: Thinking You Can Go It Alone
TV mounting is a two-person job they are wide and heavy and  can hit 50 lbs! That's why HelloTech recommends that at least one person helps you out. An extra pair of hands will certainly be needed to lift and hold brackets in place while you figure out which screws go where.

FAIL #3: Ignoring Those Wall Studs
HelloTech recommends that you be extra sure that you have indeed found the right studs before you start drilling. That way, you don’t have to suffer through having any wrong holes repaired. Additionally, make sure you use the right drill bit. Otherwise, the drilled holes might just be too small or too big for the screws.

FAIL #4: Hammering Near the TV
If during the installation process you need to hammer nails, don’t do so until you have transferred the TV to somewhere safe. This precaution is necessary because any nail that slips from your fingers could hit the TV screen, rendering it useless.

FAIL #5: Buying the Wrong Cables and Wires
HelloTech advises that you carefully plan where all of the cables will go so that they won’t look cluttered and won’t be peeking from behind the TV. Unfortunately, some people can take the organizing too far, so they end up with cables not reaching their intended ports if this happens, never force the cables. Don’t try to bend the TV just to make things connect. These actions can damage  the screen, the ports, the cables, or the wall.

 Enjoy the game!

Tech and gadgets for Super Bowl viewing

1.  HDTVs

One quarter of all TVs sold during the year are sold in the weeks leading up to the Super Bowl

Amazon has been running deals on HDTVs leading up to the big game...  look for HDTV special as you search TVS

Example:

Sceptre E505BV-FMQK 50-Inch 1080p LED HDTV
by Sceptre
$369.99

2.   Football Sqaures app-   iOS app for running your Super Bowl Squares game
Cost is $2.99 on iTunes

Love playing "Squares" for sports games and other office/party pools? Now you can do all the Squares sheets you want on your iPad! Pick from pre-defined templates or create a custom sheet for everything from football, baseball, hockey, to baby birthday pools and more!

Sheet styles include 10 X 10 and 5 X 5 options and are easily set up with the template picker. You also have templates for 4 quarters, 2 halves, inning groups, and periods. With a custom sheet, you can setup "scoring rounds' to be whatever you like with whatever text you want in each scoring box.

Your friends and family can choose the squares they want by tapping on a square and entering their name/initials (this info is retained in case they want more than 1 square.) You can randomize the score boxes for each row and column, or enter them yourself in the desired order. Participants can quickly highlight all of their squares with the provided filter mechanism. Progress is saved automatically, allowing you to return to the app at any time to continue filling up the sheet.

You can also use the now-included "Picture Squares" Add-On to give each square a picture of the owner! Pictures can come from your photo library, contacts, or the built-in camera if using a camera-equipped iPad.

Need more participants? Create an email invitation from the app, which includes a link to the "Squares Buyer for Football Squares Plus" app, which lets users enter their info and email it back to you for importing into your sheet (these squares are randomly assigned). Users can even take and submit a picture if you are using Picture Squares!

The "Winners" screen lets you select which Score Boxes are winners. The app will highlight all winning squares and also present a "Winners Table" for a list of all winners.

You can lock sheets in 2 modes -- Allowing new entries only, or the entire sheet so no changes can be made. This is great for preventing accidental taps!

3.  Perfect Drink   -  app and smart scale

$49-$99 and app is free

www.MakeItPerfectly.com

Have you ever enjoyed a great cocktail in a bar and wondered why you can't make it at home? With Perfect Drink, you can make the perfect cocktail in your own home, every time, regardless of your experience.

The interactive recipe app connects via Bluetooth to the smart scale to guide you step-by-step through each recipe. Measuring ingredients by weight is the most precise way to consistently make a great cocktail so the app will tell you what to pour, and when to stop. Just watch the virtual shaker fill up in real time on your smartphone or tablet.

4.  Logitech Harmony Elite universal remote control

The ultimate remote for watching sports on TV
Now, you can impress your friends this Sunday with complete control from the couch. With one-touch activities, gesture controls and integration with connected devices like Philips Hue lights, the only thing you can’t control on game day is the score!
Features:

- Change channels, adjust volume, fast-forward, or rewind using gestures on the bright 2.4” touchscreen.
- Easily find the right button, even in the dark, with motion-activated, backlit controls.
- Keep your eyes on your entertainment, not your remote, with vibration feedback.
- Customize the dedicated media playback, cable/satellite, and DVR controls to your preferences.
- Control and adjust smart home devices with dedicated controls.
- Keep Harmony Elite charged and ready with the convenient charging station..
- The replaceable battery has 20% greater capacity

5. Daytoda Finger Caps - for those messy eaters at your Super Bowl party  -especially when it comes to wings.

Daytoda Finger Caps can be a pretentious but useful way to do the job. These are finger-shaped plastic covers that will let you grab food without the possibility of spreading germs and bacteria, while also keeping your fingers clean. They’re made of a soft food-grade plastic, and are safe for hot food, meaning they won’t shrink-wrap onto your fingertips.

While a box of 50 is only going to cost you $7.95, your friends are going to tear through these in no time flat. If we’re going to be honest, only certain people are going to use these unless you specifically ask all of your guests to use them, and it’s usually the people that don’t need them in the first place.
