Will Ferrell Does the Player Intros at 80s Night for the New Orleans Hornets

If you love Will Ferrell and you liked his basketball movie "Semi-Pro", you'll love the fact that he did the player intros for the New Orleans Hornets game this week against the Chicago Bulls.

Classic Will Ferrell, and I'm still holding out hope for "Old School 2".

Star of CES: Lenovo YOGA

Is the Lenovo YOGA a laptop or a tablet?

It's neither, but it's also both.  Confused?  Turns out it's an ultrabook and a tablet all in one.

The 13.3 inch notebook from Lenovo has specs similar to other Ultrabooks; fast Intel dual core processors, up to 8 Gigabytes of RAM, a 256GB solid state drive for quick booting and wake-up.  It also promises of 8 hours of battery life, we'll see. It's also very light.

Using the 360-degree hinge, the screen will fold completely under the keyboard. Turn it upside down and you have a spacious tablet computer with a large 1600 x 900 multitouch screen. Turn it around again and it becomes a multimedia player.

It's currently running Windows 7, but the YOGA needs Windows 8 to make the switch to a tablet.

Expect the price to be over $1000 when it hits stores in 2012.  I wouldn't expect to see it until Windows 8 is released.

Sydney Spies: Appropriate Yearbook Photo or Not?

A Colorado High School senior had her yearbook portrait yanked and says that school administrators told her the photo violated school dress code.

The debated photo shows 18-year-old Sydney Spies wearing a black cover and yellow skirt with some skin showing.

Spies argues that she was just trying to exercise her right to freedom of expression.

"Some people might think it's a little bit sexy or inappropriate. But I think it's artistic," says Spies.

Appropriate or not for a high school yearbook?  Thoughts...

I think she was trying to make a name for herself, and she has succeeded.  Look for her on some reality show or magazine next.

College Football Bowl Play of the Day: Orange Bowl

It's Big East vs. ACC in the Orange Bowl.

West Virginia vs. Clemson.

This game looks like kind of a letdown after a great slate of BCS games so far.  Both teams are coming off wins.  Clemson was impressive over Virginia Tech and West Virginia took care of South Florida.

Oddsmakers have Clemson favored by 3 and I love that.  Tajh Boyd quietly threw for 31 TDs this season leading the Tigers.  Look for Boyd to have a big game on this national stage.

Clemson will outscore West Virginia and win by 9.
